Esso Smiles Driver Rewards programme is a driver's rewards programme that rewards loyal consumer (you) for spending at Esso service stations in Singapore.
Simply pick up an Esso Smiles Driver Rewards card (“Esso Smiles card”) at any Esso service station in Singapore.
For Private Hire drivers – Once you have obtained your Esso Smiles Private Hire card from our service station, please complete the application form and submit it together with a photocopy of your Private Hire Vehicle (“PHV”) license to our station staff for your license to be validated.
You can start using your Esso Smiles card to earn Esso Smiles points immediately, but you must successfully register your card to redeem your points for petrol, mart items, lubricant services and car wash services.
Register your Esso Smiles card instantly online at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg or via the Esso app. All mandatory details must be provided in order to register your Esso Smiles card.
For Private Hire drivers – You will be able to register your Esso Smiles Private Hire card after your PHV license has been validated. The validation process will take approximately 2 weeks following the submission of the application form and photocopy of your PHV license.
When you purchase fuel at any Esso service station in Singapore you earn Esso Smiles points. When you have accumulated enough points, they can be redeemed instantly at Esso service stations for petrol, mart items, lubricant services or car wash services. Esso Smiles points can also be converted to selected partner’s loyalty points or used to redeem a variety of lifestyle rewards via the Esso app.
Every litre of Synergy fuel you pump at Esso service station earns you 1 Esso Smiles point. Remember to use your Esso Smiles card / DBS Esso Card / credit card linked to an Esso Smiles account (“Smiles-linked credit card”) every time you make a purchase to earn your Esso Smiles points.
No, you need to use your Esso Smiles card, DBS Esso Card or Smiles-linked credit card when making payment to earn Smiles points and enjoy any/all applicable discounts.
Qualifying purchases refers to purchases of Synergy fuel available at Esso service stations.
Use your Esso Smiles card when you purchase fuel at any Esso service station in Singapore and earn points instantly on every litre of petrol purchased, no minimum spend is required.
Simply present your Esso Smiles card and inform the cashier that you would like to redeem your points for petrol or mart items. The required Esso Smiles points will be deducted from your account and the new balance displayed on your receipt. You may also check your Esso Smiles points balance by logging on to your account on the Esso app or at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg.
Kindly note that your Esso Smiles card must be registered before you can redeem your points. All mandatory details must be provided to activate the card.

Esso Smiles points in your Esso Smiles Driver Rewards account will not expire as long as you make at least one qualifying purchase with your Esso Smiles card or earn Esso Smiles points within 12 months from the date the last Esso Smiles point was awarded and credited into your Esso Smiles Driver Rewards account.
Your credit card may expire but the Esso Smiles points you have accumulated under your credit card will still be valid if you had made at least one qualifying purchase or earned Esso Smiles points within 12 months from the date the last Esso Smiles points were awarded into your Esso Smiles account linked to your expired credit card. If there are changes to your credit card particulars, please update your details by logging on to your account via the Esso app or at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg. You can also submit the details via the hardcopy Esso Smiles Customer Request Form, which you can obtain from any Esso service station.
Please keep your receipt, and call the Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre at 1800-300-8888 (normal operating hours are from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, closed on weekends and public holidays) to inform us of your qualifying petrol purchase. We will then send you the point adjustment form, which you must complete and return to us.
Yes, you may do a one-time conversion of your Esso Smiles points to Asia Miles or KrisFlyer miles as long as you are also a member of any of these programmes. You may also check with our Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre or online at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg/smiles-rewards/convert-your-points for more information on our automatic conversion services for conversion of Esso Smiles points to Asia Miles or KrisFlyer miles.

Yes, you can terminate the conversion program by contacting our Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre at 1800-300-8888 (normal operating hours are from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, closed on weekends and public holidays). Please note that you can only terminate the conversion after signing up with the program for 6 months.
If your card is registered online, you can log on to your account on the Esso app or at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg and update your profile to select Opt Out from receiving promotional message.

If a particular reward has been removed, it is no longer available for redemption. Based on customer feedback, we continually review the list of rewards featured. Some of the rewards removed may also be items that are no longer offered by the retailer and we've hence replaced them with other rewards.
The $5 Instant Mart Redemption may only be utilised at FairPrice Xpress or Cheers by FairPrice stores at any Esso service station. You may use the $5 Instant Mart Redemption to pay for your in-store purchases at any Esso service station. With effect from 1 June 2022, the minimum redemption is $5 using 180 Esso Smiles points. Every subsequent $1 may be redeemed at 36 Esso Smiles points, and you may pay for the balance with cash. No physical voucher will be issued for the $5 Instant Mart Redemption.
You may choose to link your credit card(s) to your Esso Smiles account and you will need only one card to pay and earn Esso Smiles points. Simply log on to your account at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg, select ‘Manage account’ followed by ‘Add Credit Card’, or complete the application form at any Esso service station. Alternatively, you can apply for the DBS Esso Card, which automatically enrols you in the Smiles Driver Rewards programme.
Once you have registered your linked credit card online, your personal information update will be maintained as per the particulars you have registered with. Any other future personal information update done with the bank on your linked credit card, will not be reflected in your Esso Smiles account. If there are changes in your linked credit card particulars, please update your Esso Smiles account details by logging on to your account on the Esso app or at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg. You can also submit your updated details via the hardcopy Esso Smiles Customer Request Form, which you can obtain from any Esso service station.
If you lose your Esso Smiles card or if it is damaged or defective, please report it to the Esso Smiles Customer Service Centre at 1800-300-8888 (normal operating hours are from 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays, closed on weekends and public holidays). Upon receiving your report, we will immediately block the card from use. You may get a new Esso Smiles card at any Esso service station to replace a lost or damaged Esso Smiles card, please complete and submit the hardcopy Esso Smiles Customer Request Form, also available at all Esso service stations, to transfer the Esso Smiles points in your lost/damaged Esso Smiles card to your new Esso Smiles card.
Simply log on to your account on the Esso app or at www.EssoSmiles.com.sg to update your details. Changes will be reflected immediately.
You can also complete a hardcopy Esso Smiles Customer Request Form (available at your nearest Esso service station), fax the form to us at 1800-300-3333 or email it to sg.contactus@essosmilesrewards.com. Please allow for 3 to 4 weeks for us to update the information in our system.
